Ningbo Merryart Glow-Tech Co.,Ltd., was established in 2000 and already has more than 20-year experience in toy industry (up to now). We are a toy manufacturing enterprise that offers a range of products including glow sticks、bubbles and other seasonal festival products. Besides, we have multiple business models, which covers Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer(ODM) service for both customized design and our own products.
We covers 7.9 acres of building area and 6.7 acres of production building among total area of 25 acres, with 300+ hard-working employees. In addition, we also have large coverage of advanced high-tech intelligent production equipment and are dedicated to upgrading it day by day.
Based on years of experience in research and production, we have accumulated professional independent technical knowledge and applied them in products. For example, we produced popular bubble products and its sales reached among top 5 in the world. At present, our products already win high market penetration among supermarket chains in Europe and the United States. We have established long-term cooperative relationships with major supermarket chains such as Disney, Walmart, Michaels , Tesco, as well as large trading companies such as Li & Fung Group, RMS and Toysmith. Though our current foreign customers are mainly from North America and the European Union, we are open for new potential cooperation opportunity in global base.
In order to get inspiring ideas to improve development, we have cooperated with outstanding educational resource like Shaanxi Normal University, national college laboratories and design institutes overseas. Up to now, we have 52 patents and passed a number of ISO9000 certifications. We were also honored to get many awards in terms of great production supply, such as "Excellent innovative product supplier" and "Excellent mass product Supplier" by Wal-Mart for two consecutive years. In the meanwhile, we also have many award milestones owing to excellent company dedication to society, like "National security standardization third-level enterprise", "Ningbo excellent export-oriented economic demonstration Enterprise",, "charity enterprise"… ,which greatly expanded our brand awareness and corporate influence.
In 2000, we started with the production of glow sticks, pens and toys in Ningbo Gaoxin Zone; In 2010, we officially updated company’s name to " Ningbo Merryart Glow-Tech Co.,Ltd."; One year later, we extended business to produce bubble water. In order to improve production efficiency with high product quality, we discontinued manual work with machines and transferred to automatic filling line of bubble water from 2015, which greatly improved our manufacturing automation control degree to industry 3.0; In the same year, we completed the shareholding reform and successfully listed on the New Third Board market. In 2017, "Novelinks, L.L.C.",the wholly owned subsidiary, commenced business successfully in Dallas, USA. In 2018, we acquired PCA Corporation to form Party Supplies Group.LLC. After 19 years’effort, in 2019, we obtained a revenue of 322 million, with annual increase of 54%. In 2023, though challenged by three-year epidemic, we are still on a fruitful road to make steady progress.
