ABOUT MERRYART

Development strategy

Merryart strategic goals for the next five years will focus on innovation and development of existing businesses and implementation of new business models.

Within three years, Meileya aims to connect 1,000 suppliers with 10,000 small stores and customers, streamline logistics in the North American market, integrate raw materials, designer-side, information and data flow, website connectivity, overseas warehouses, customers, and product supply sharing models. Meileya will also connect with product export credit insurance and financial guarantee systems to lay a foundation for explosive growth in cross-border e-commerce platform transactions in the future.

By 2025, Meileya plans to connect 3,000 selected suppliers with 30,000 North American store resources, focusing on twelve major product categories with over 20,000 product listings, including 10,000 active product listings annually. Building upon the Ennis overseas warehouse distribution center, Meileya will establish two new overseas warehouse distribution centers to further reduce the time and space distance between products and customer stores, enhance customer experience, and promote platform business growth. Efforts will be made to achieve a platform sales target of $50-60 million within five years.

Innovation and development of existing businesses

For many years, Merryart has been providing OEM and ODM processing services for holiday cultural entertainment products in the North American and European markets. After years of accumulation and precipitation, the company has developed research and development, design, production, supply, and marketing capabilities in three product categories: fluorescent holiday products, bubble water and children’s stationery, stationery, and plastic storage boxes for handicrafts. The company has advantages in production capacity and sales channels. However, there is a lack of potential for growth and profitability in the company, and the products and prices face multiple competitive pressures. To address this bottleneck, we will further establish and improve business teams and research and development teams focused on the market and customers, deeply explore customer needs, and strive to elevate ordinary business relationships to strategic partnerships. While creating new business models, we will continuously enhance the development, operation, and management capabilities of existing businesses, aiming to deeply explore the potential of each customer and achieve depth in business operations and management.

New business model

To further address Merryart’s high investment in domestic logistics costs and shorten the logistics time span, the company has established a segmented industry-sharing cross-border e-commerce platform, www.novelots.com, with its wholly-owned subsidiary Novelinks., LLC. as the core. The platform is equipped with a cross-border e-commerce operations team that complements each other domestically and internationally. Merryart continues to enhance the warehousing, sorting, and distribution processes of its US domestic overseas warehouses, increase manpower and capital investment to attract small business groups in the US to the platform. Simultaneously, the domestic team regularly holds investment promotion meetings to attract and select suppliers from segmented industries to provide more cost-effective products for small business groups in the US.
